Polyethylene films for automated packaging (FFS – Form-Fill-Seal) are used in the production of granular and powdery products which use gravity for bag filling. According to buyers demands the tubular film can be printed up to 8 colors, with side folds and embossed, to prevent filled palletized PE bags from slipping during storage and transport. Printing of tubular FFS films is done on special unit for printing, embossing and side gusseting. We can also offer tubular FFS film into bags (so called open mouth bags).

In addition to FFS tubular film, Manupackaging also provides FFS flat film, usually used for horizontal packaging. Printing of flat films is done on central impression printing unit and can be embossed to prevent slipping of the bag. Printing on central impression printing unit has quality advantage over stack printing.
