Side gusseted covers are primarily used as an additional dust and weather protection for already packaged goods, ensuring the load is protected from dust and environmental influences during storage. This guarantees absolutely clean secondary packaging before the goods are sent out to customers.
They are also commonly used when products are already sufficiently secured for transport (e.g. with strapping, stretch film, etc.) and only an extra visual barrier or dust protection is required.
